Please bring anyone you would like to see the venue prior to booking with you to the tour.
We only offer this ONE private tour, so we want you to make the most of it by inviting everyone who will help you make your venue decision. This is your exclusive opportunity to experience the venue firsthand, and we want you to feel confident in your choice with all the right people by your side.
While we host a group monthly open house later on, this private tour is a unique and personal experience just for you. Take full advantage of it, and we can't wait to show you around!
Just a reminder, we can’t hold dates without a signed contract.
To ensure fairness and accommodate all of our couples, we can only reserve your desired date once the contract is signed. This helps us keep everything organized and guarantees that your special day is officially booked. We want to make sure everything is set for you and your celebration, so signing the contract is the final step to secure your spot!
If you need to postpone or cancel your visit, please give us 24 hours notice.
Providing 24 hours' notice allows us to accommodate other couples who may be waiting for a tour and helps us better manage our schedule. We understand that plans can change, and we appreciate your understanding and cooperation in keeping things running smoothly for everyone.
