Please Note:

Event Insurance Requirement: We require a $1 million event liability insurance policy with The Glasshouse at River Oaks listed as the additional insured. This is a standard industry requirement and typically costs around $240, depending on your provider.

Sales tax will be added to your venue rental total.

Booking & Pricing Policy: All pricing is subject to change. Please note that your contract rate is locked in based on the date your contract is signed, not the date of your tour. (This helps account for the fact that some couples tour months in advance or before a new booking calendar opens.) If pricing updates occur between your tour and booking date, your contract will reflect the most current rates at the time of signing.
