To make this process easier, we partner with Nuptial to help you obtain the necessary coverage. After you book, they will reach out to guide you through the process.
If you're planning to have special effects like cold sparks, a higher umbrella policy will be required to ensure everything is safely covered.

Because our venue offers multiple event spaces and a variety of options to personalize your wedding day, we require every couple to hire a professional wedding planner or day-of coordinator. This ensures your event runs smoothly and allows you, your family, and your guests to fully enjoy the celebration.Your coordinator may not be a guest, member of the wedding party, or an attending family member. If you choose a planner or coordinator who is not on our Preferred Planner List, they must be approved by the venue before they are hired.

We want your wedding to reflect your style, so you're welcome to choose your own vendors for most services.
For catering and wedding planning, however, we work with a curated list of preferred professionals who are familiar with our venue, fully licensed and insured, and consistently provide exceptional food, service, and execution. This helps create a seamless experience for you and your guests.
If you'd like to use a caterer or planner who is not on our Preferred Vendor List, they must be submitted for review and approved by the venue in advance. Outside vendors are considered on a case-by-case basis and must meet our licensing, insurance, and service standards before they are approved.
